Is it true that Palin got the questions in advance of her interview with Charles Gibson of ABC?

No,Not according to Charlie this am, however the real issue is why did they heavily edit it and not when they did Obama?Is it true that Palin got the questions in advance of her interview with Charles Gibson of ABC?
I know that the McCain camp hand picked Charles Gibson to do the interview, it's possible they required knowing what the questions would be. However, if she did get those questions in advance, then I am even more shocked by how badly she did in the interview. She bombed on the foreign policy questions. She had trouble giving a straight answer on any question, so if she got them in advance I can't imagine why she did so poorly.Is it true that Palin got the questions in advance of her interview with Charles Gibson of ABC?

Do you honestly think he would ';rig the game'; in her favor?





And from a business perspective, Gibson wants the respect that comes from giving a tough interview. If her answers look rehearsed like she knew what the questions were ahead of time, he looks like he wasn't doing his job. He would want her to be surprised by the questions, maybe to squirm a bit.





Therefore in would not be in Gibson's best interest to let her know the questions ahead of time.





But the McCain/Palin team was probably watching many other tapes of past Gibson interviews %26amp; were predicting what types of questions he was going to ask. And Palin was prepped for these probable questions.
It is noted that the media is only allowed to ask certain questions in order to get an interview with Palin. So in many ways the questions are already hand picked. With this known you would think her answers would be better!
Not like any of the questions I saw her answer were particularly hard.





Basically, she could have read the same speech shes been reading for two weeks and answered all his questions.

if side-stepping issues with broad rhetoric appeals to folks as an answer, then I wonder why we bother interviewing these candidates at all.
yes its true but did you see the way she answered about Bushes policies about war!!! she was stumped.....she will only answer those type of questions when she is being taught to say it right!!!!
