Like typical political hacks, the panel put a title on the report that strongly suggests the very opposite of what's actually IN the report and like a typical Democrat, you swallowed it whole, judging the book by its cover.


The finding was, in fact, that she did nothing wrong whatsoever. They point out that other people did stuff of questionable ethics, but not illegal, and that she might have been able to prevent it and didn't. It is on THAT basis they conclude she ';abused her power.';
